Mygoh has something for anyone and is building a platform to support people with many different aspects of their lives, from getting active to supporting through career development, health & fitness and helping with ways to simplify life where possible.
The Turtle in the Room explores different areas of adult life (work and jobs, health and fitness, day-to-day life). The blog brings together some self-deprecation, inspiration to show how things can be (changing mindset, approaching things in different ways) and coming to terms with the personal journey of discovery of Autism in later adult life (helping to explain why things have happened the way they have happened). It also shows that anyone can set their mind to achieve realistic but ambitious goals, while also showing that there are many ups and downs that occur as we try to achieve our biggest goals and ambitions.
